Bermuda 419 is the most popular warm season grass in the south. It is fine textured and very agressive. It fills itself in underground and will resist wear and tear. It repairs itself easily. It requires the highest maintanence of all the turfgrass sods. It needs the most nitrogen and the most mowing. It is very forgiving of poor soils and poor installations. It will go brown in the winter.
