What do I need to know to make my order go smoothly?

Please place pick up orders one to two days in advance. Please place delivery orders at least a week in advance. There are 560 square feet on all pallets but the zoysia which holds 450 square feet. The pallets are roughly four feet square and will weigh about 2000 pounds. A full size pick up truck will carry one pallet. Deliveries are made by tractor trailer and may or may not have an unloader. Distance deliveries are made by commercial hauler and will have to be unloaded by the customer. The sod is cut within 24 hours of either pick up or delivery. The sod should be installed within 24 to 48 hours of harvest.
